Return Policy

We take great care to make sure that all the CDs and DVDs that we sell are in excellent condition. We only buy and sell items that are scratch-free and in MINT condition. They will not only play like new, but look like new as well.

Unfortunately, the world is an imperfect place, and occasionally a disc may not play perfectly in your player.  No problem!  Just contact us within 30 days to let us know, and we'll Email you back instructions for returning the item.  We will issue you a complete refund or exchange, whichever option you'd prefer.

Please note that we do not make any guarantees regarding the artistic quality of the music or films you purchase, or your enjoyment of them, since those factors are completely subjective and out of our control. 

If you have a problem we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
